As the States re-open and our industry gets back to business as we are overjoyed with getting back to work, we are also concerned with navigating our events with safety as a top priority.  Join us over a series of events as we discuss how our industry professionals can implement safety protocols into their events on behalf their brand and their clients.

Our Founder, Tara Melvin, will have a compelling fireside chat with Megan Estrada of NSWE Consultants about how to understand the numerous mandates and procedures that have been initiated by States.  Each State (sometimes counties) are different with their procedures or non-procedures on how we are to enter the industry safely with our events.  In some cases, coalitions in major cities have been formed to be the voice for our industry to create change.

In 2020, Megan Estrada established the NACE Covid-19 Task Forces, in Illinois, Florida, New York, Massachusetts and Virginia, which work with state and city governments to create the safety guidelines. She is an event industry leader holding the position as National Advocacy Team Leader for the National Association for Catering and Events (NACE).
